  • Introduced by Rep. Jim Marleau on February 22, 2005, to rescind proposed administrative rules that would prohibit the use of "credit scoring" by insurance companies to determine rates for personal insurance lines, including automobile and homeowners insurance. Introduction of the bill was triggered by a vote of the legislature's Joint Committee on Administrative Rules (JCAR) disapproving the proposed rules.

1) I don't want to see employers using credit scores [by Anonymous Citizen on August 7, 2006]
either. Insurance compaines shouldn't use them, either.
